★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the TCE Wedding Expo at mid valley. Had to rush off after seeing just 3 bridal house (but after looking at other venue providers). Walked pass this booth and the guy was like "give us 2 minutes". We politely decline and the guy shouted back saying "why even bother coming if you're going to be rushing off?!??". Well one things for sure, I'll never engage this bridal house for any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gown selection is ok and nice. However, want to highlight the other costs which is quite unfair to me:
1) Changing of gown. They did mention that there will be addition cost if we were to change gown. However, they say that the gown that we choose can be altered to fit the body. At final fitting, they only told us that they cannot alter the gown. This forced us to change gown but they charged us for their own mistake.
2) Dirt at bottom of gown. They say it was due to grease and difficult to wash. Therefore, they charge me extra for that. We were very careful to not spill red wine to the dress or dirty the dress but who can control what was on the floor? I feel this is kind of ridiculous to blame us for that and hey, is it really that the grease cannot be washed off from gown? If so, how can you continue to rent the gown?
That is it. Just be mindful of the other charges that you may encounter. If you are rich and don't mind all these weird charges, go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pool service especially 1 lady not sure she is boss or person in charge. Like u owe her how many million never pay and show her bossy face. Hello we just walk in to ur shop less thn 15min asking for wedding gown n packages.
Ur staff (tht young lady) service also better than you. Keep your gown for your own wear if you want to show us ur bossy face. Out there have plenty of bride shops.
