★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you love to be threatened. Amazing service if you like hassles. It’s really cheap ( so call rm988 package )and a great definition by the chinese saying “ cheap things no good things” While I was there yesterday, a customer beside me was also arguing with their customer service on not delivering what they promised . Did not become a customer at the end after experiencing their “awesome” Sales service which ended with their staff scolding me while leaving the premises . Keep up the amazing work, we finally understood the meaning of “paying more” for quality . Ps. Don’t be a cheapskate like me .

The album is fabulous and we love how all the effects and backgrounds we discussed with you a few weeks ago have turned out. They have really added to the presentation of the pictures. It reminds us of our upcoming wedding day. We love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parking was very limited and situated in busy city, expect jam if you are coming here. called to book appointment, but still have to wait about 30min after reached. price was average compared to other bridal shop. came here to take family photo, service was not really impressive, perhaps their main clients are wedding couples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop maybe ok for wedding photo on budget but for Family photos , DO NOT use their service !! Regretted big time that we use them for our reunion photos ( since our family normally scattered apart overseas ). The computer they use to review was low quality then we were using different computer slightly better and after some much complaint to fix our photos , they told us when printing out the result would be better than what we seen in computer review. They outsource everything including the touch up etc and printing to other company. So seriously they have no control !! After weeks later when we pick up the framed print out ,the print was shade much lighter than what we seen from the computer review ( imagine the face very bright unyil can’t see eye brows ) and they insist that it was good photos. From the beginning they kept trying to convince us that they will do the best bla bla bla. Oh well lesson learnt !! I would say this is the worst photo studio I encountered so far ( been trying overseas too and also some in kL and seriously from service til End product , They are the worst I encountered ). No hard feelings but won’t recommend them. Save yourself And look for other studios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is competitive compared to other bridal shop, you get what you paid for basically. Don’t expect to be a princess bride. The shop is always crowded and they are very busy. Friendly staff. The pre-wedding photographer Nick took nice pictures. We like the pre-wedding photos. However, we signed up for one-stop package which is inclusive of the actual day photography and videography. The pictures and video taken on that day were not great. It’s not what we expected.
