No reusable drinking water facilities, which is a tragedy on an island like this Positives The views are incredible The staff are really helpful and kind The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable The price is very reasonable for the stay, food and amenities The turtle snorkeling trip was amazing A well stocked bar Areas to improve The food at times was cold in the buffet probably due to the sheet quantity being produced The snorkeling trip that is included is poorly organised and there are just too many people going at one time which seemed unsafe for both us & the marine life being observed

Staff were very nice and pleasant. Sea clean and nice beach. A good place if you like diving..snorkelling! Otherwise I felt I was on Robinson Crusoe island! n

Also, many requests for Chinese songs? Snorkelling location is not great. Most corals are dead. Try the other far end of the beach for snorkelling. The corals are in shallow water and the fish comes really near.

The hotel staff made it easy for me to move about throughout my stay. Thank you all for making this trip a memorable one for me and my family. There are a wide range of activities. Everyone of us enjoyed ourselves.

Bar and live band to enjoy for your night life, beaches are clean. Points can be change or improve (Based on 3D2N stay) 1. Possible to work certain airline to fix the arrival and departure, I had very bad experience of changing flight timing. 2. Snorkelling activities, not necessary to have 3 times in 2 days. 1 of activity could be optional. 3. Add on more power point in the room.

Hotel rooms are old - we got locked out twice because the access system was faulty - it took about an hour to be resolved. No apologies from the resort nor the staff. 3. Beach is shared with crowds from other next door resorts no 4. Buffet is pricey for the food that was served Not related to the resort: 1. Jungle trekking trail is extremely dirty. It has become sort of a rubbish dump area.
L	Little One Sock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and highly attentive staffs. A very busy hotel, but our room is clean, well furnished and professionally maintained. Food/Buffet flow is very efficient, plenty of choice of food. A steamboat buffet is included for the 3D2N package. You could make a donation and release your baby turtle during the weekend we were here. When we thought our daughter had allergy, they organised a boat immediately to the village doctor and had a staff to accompany us. He even brought umbrellas with him, cos‘ it looked as if it will rain. We were very touched by the kindness. They will soon have their own doctor in the hotel. Best resort along this coast of Redang.

Things that need to aware: 1)Changes of jetty for departure 2)Departure time from resort changes without notice 3)Many travelers missed the step of paying the Marine park conservation fee causes the late boarding. 4)Please don’t use of any sunblocks products, your skin doesn’t worth for killing the corals!
