β β β β β July 2017...Can't wait to go back. Wonderful accommodations, amazing food, warm, professional and courteous staff. So much to see and do. Definitely a MUST DO on your next visit to Malaysia. Thumbs up from all of us.
July, 2019 - Part 2 - Well, we went back and it was just as amazing as the first time! Friendly, professional and courteous staff. Amazing snorkeling trips. Crystal clear water. Plenty of fish varieties to spot. A survey of the surrounding properties, and we think we got the best! Prime location. The food was plentiful, varied and bursting with flavor. Freshly made meant whether you arrived at the beginning of service or at the end of service, you were treated to fresh and plenty of choices. No disappointment here. The cost for our vacation was definitely budget friendly. If you are looking for opulence, choose another place, if you are looking for a relaxed, warm and welcoming place. Redang Lagoon Resort is the place for you.

β β β β β Overall not bad ,food was ok ,just the bathroom abit rundown ,water pressure is low but ok la is clean.
I like the rental of life jacket n goggles ,coz straight rent us 3d2n (previously at other pulau only go out for snorkeling only provide).

β β β β β Low budget resort but 5 star service, staff really helpful and friendly. Location very near to one of the best snorkelling spot with plenty of baby sharks and nice coral. Food really tasty. We will comeback soon.

β β β β β An excellent place for a gateaway. Such an awesome crystal clear beach with white soft sandy beach. Very affordable rooms, complete with 3 meals and a tea break. Many activities available , from speed boat, jet ski, snorkeling, fish feeding, etc. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. And not to forget, rent an underwater camera at rm30 , worth taking stills and even videos. Such a treasure for your trip.

β β β β β We stayed there nights with this resort. Overall I would say it's value for money if you are not picky on details. The food is Malaysian local cuisine, basic but also quite tasty. The location is terrific, with one of the best snorkelling sites just off shore. However, the room we stayed is one of the low end choices (we decided to come here last minute), and the room is very basic, not so clean, bad sound insulation (as you could hear very clearly what the neighbors are speaking about), and not inclusive of necessary amenities such as toiletries. In the night we could hear the sound of rats on the roof. So we could sleep properly while staying.

β β β β β The staffs are super friendly! The room is considerably nice for a low-cost hotel. There isn't much things in the room but the food is really tasty! As I know, it's the only hotel that provides Malay food which varies from chicken, beef, veggies and more. Their way of announcing lunch/dinner is unique also. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the service.

β β β β β 1. receptionist not friendly welcoming the guest.
2. the chalet not very clean upon check in. still have sand on the floor, toilet and bed. the worst is, the mat infront of the toilet was wet badly. the water from the shower was working moderately.
3. state air conditioned but only for ground floor and no remote. the upper floor just has fan but still not satisfied since they didn't clean the dust on the fan so its feel quite hot.
4. despite all mentioned above, the food are delicious and have big portion then u can ask for more.
5. the view also nice since it is beside the beach. so you can swimming/snorkeling freely until you satisfied.
6. after clean the bed by ourselves, we're having nice sleep with the echos sound of the wave because our room near the beach.
7. lastly, hope this resort can improve for their own good

β β β β β Some pictures here are not true. No swimming ppol and all.
The place is good for stay for a short trip. Dont expect 4 or 5 star accomodation or food. The place is just ok. On many of the rooms heaters are not working, doors not there, no locks, aircon problem, water prsssure not there etc.
We stayed there for 2 night and the same food was repeated, which was nasi lemak for vreakfast and lunch fried rice. The food was bad and not tasty.
For the price the place is okay, dont expect more.
Also while we were leaving they did not organise ferry properly and we had to wait for 2 hours to get into a ferry. Worst experience .
