β β β β β Small office, which is more a dispatch place than a client oriented store.
That said, it's got very cold AC and the stafg is nice and helpfull.
Don't expect to spend more than 10 mins in there (at most) and bring cash for your purchasse.

β β β β β It was good experience, ticket fee is affordable, passengare cabon & seat's not fancy but comfortable, out side boat deck not big and most time crowded in case you want to go out and enjoy see viewe.
However, sometime if you look at demostic airlines ticket, they're as same as ferry ticket fees!! For those who want to save time and reach faster.

β β β β β So far so good.Just tht if you seat the front part you will feel dizzy more than behind part of the ferry.Behind part bcoz of air cond it will be very cold.

β β β β β Confortable ride. We were scared that we may feel sea sick, but that was not the case at all. Our ride was really smooth, I guess that was partially due to the good weather. Also the AC was alright, not too cold.

β β β β β You can make a reservation at the office or website.
When you book via website, you should print out your reservation (Ticket). If you donβt bring it, you can print out at the office. (1 ticket per 1 RM)

β β β β β Very well maintained ferry. It was one of the amzing experience we had in malaysia. Procedure for boarding was very straight forward. Seating was comfortable. After half an hour you can go on deck to feel the speed boat.
Crew was polite.

β β β β β It is the ONLY ferry that takes you between Penang and Langwaki. Therefore, it is recommended to order tickets in advance to ensure you are able to board; as they get fully booked.
Donβt forget to print your ticket; as they do request a copy with you at all times. If you happen to remember the cost is 1rm per ticket.
There is no difference in price between purchasing one-way versus round-trip. I speculate the reason for this is because this is the only ferry service that runs between the two islands.
This is not really a ferry, but more of a fast boat; so you are unable to walk outside during the trip.
Quick Tip:
If you are planning way ahead, you are more likely to get the same pricing whether you choose to take the ferry or fly using AirAsia.
Another Tip:
If you don't have your passport (i.e. getting visa stamped @consulate), then you are subject to taking the ferry; as airlines in Malaysia require an I.C card issued by Malaysia or Passport to fly.
