Pretty informative when educating me about the various options and also the pros/cons .I rather appreciative the subtle and low fuss upsell, doesn't make one feel compelled to invest in an alternative that isn't necessary.
The beautician was very skilled, gentle and efficient. Barely felt a couple of tugs and snips which were a tad too close but it was definitively one of the better experiences I had.
The glue they use isn't as imposing as some other ones, which is definitely a welcome trait and the process was pretty easy and comfortable.
Waited for my friend to finish with hers and saw that the cleaning rituals here are pretty consistent and vigorous, which is pretty nice to see.
I'm much inclined to come back again.

Amazing job done by the team and they were very friendly and professional in doing their job right. This is definitely a highly recommended place for everyone to try their lash extensions! If it is given 10 stars I would surely go for it!! Thanks Lash Lab!

Lashes are natural and the whole process was super comfortable + the relaxing ambiance. Big thanks to Ben, Kelly and my lash therapist! (sadly I didn’t get your name) I will definitely be back soon!
