★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its seafood dishes can be considered average. They are delicious but I can't say they have the WOW or OMG factor that distinguish them from other 5 star hotels' Chinese restaurants in Klang Valley. The service, however, is a bit below par comparatively. Our dishes did not come all at once. So, it was weird when our vegetable dishes arrived first, and the seafood dishes came about 15 minutes later. By this time the vegetable is cold. And in Chinese meals, food is best consume when it is hot. Secondly, when we did the booking for three but the table was prepared for 2 person. Although the waiter saw three people coming to dine, I have to call for the waiter after 10 mins waiting to prep the table for another person. It is a bit odd for such service from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. Overall, the dining experience is reasonably okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Introduced by colleagues to visit the restaurant and it was beyond my expectation. Went during lunch hour for their dim sum. Every dish is well prepared and the texture was just nice. Their fried carrot cake smell really good, their Har Kao really nice with very fresh prawn. And their Chee Cheong Fun (inside menu written as Rice Flour xxxx) was the nicest and even their fried rice taste so good. The portion is quite big. Worth to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We frequent the restaurant for the good food. Fish is always fresh, the balsamic chicken is our family favourite! But service is subpar. They always serve dishes without the rice and we have to request for the rice to be served despite already including rice in our order. We don’t expect this from a 5-star hotel restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Meridian Putrajaya. Please take all the reviews on Le Mei’s bad service and do something! You’re a 5 star establishment, yes? Our recent dining experience was truly disappointing. They weren’t rude but it was lazy ‘service’ from the start despite of us being the only occupied table in the restaurant. Let’s start with ONE menu for 5 people? We actually had to ask for more. The list goes on but shouldn’t it be the little details that sets apart hotel dining from normal restaurants? Food wise is personal taste. We’ve always enjoyed them during our MCO takeaways and it was the same dining in. Decent Chinese cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food is just normal, portion is small but pricy. Big chain like Grand Imperial is much better. It is very difficult to find fancy chinese restaurant around here, that's why people choose this one but I can't recommend, not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience and food, but the service left a lot to be desired. We were given a table of 6 when we had booked for 7. After a while they realised their mistake and gave us another table. The waiter was extremely blur when we were trying to tell him we had 7 of us. The food took a long time to be served, and some dishes grew cold before the subsequent dishes were served. Also, the restaurant wasn’t full but we were given the table closest to the kitchen where there was a lot of hustle and bustle. Disappointed and expected more from such a fine establishment.
