★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had poor experience on entering with my wife. The security guard insist that we both take a basket even though we entered as a couple and only required one. I was refused entry on this ground. Do NOT recommend and will give my business to Guardian or Aeon Wellness instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful guys especially when you bought any promotional / member price items..
Sometimes their cashier could not be bothered to deduct the price straight away (promotional / member price items) and sadly now its our duty to do the checking & prompt
the cashier which items are discounted and what's not....
To the cashier girl and the very arrogant miss supervisor..could u guys please learn how to be polite and say sorry to the customer when the mistakes is done? Take note its your store mistake in not updating the system on the promotional price item ..how could the customers are to be blamed ????

I normally like to shop in pharmacies because I can shop in my own pace without being bothered by sales staff...
But this branch is a big NO!
I was just browsing some skin products but at least 7 different sales staff (no joke) keep approaching me like "Are you looking for something? I recommend this product blah blah..." I politely replied that I'm just browsing in my own pase so no need help, but they keep talking to me and disturbed my shopping. They even insisted me to buy the product which I'm not interested. (Come on, this is not a cosmetic counter but just a regular pharmacy)
It was the most awkward moment I had in any pharmacy chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no price tag displayed for some items. Apparently, customers need "to ask" for the price before proceeding to pay for the item. The store itself is compulsory to display the price tag of all products at all times. Poor customer service and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete selection for skin care, hair and body care, make up, medicine and also some souvenirs and snack. The display is good, the staff is good and helpful. Some prices here might be more expensive but for some sale items the price is affordable.
