โ โ โ โ โ Green tea ice cream is nice, but the staffs is not so kind.. that day i was buying two ice cream, when i want to pay, i have no hand to pick up the 2nd ice cream, so the staff just put it on the counter table, and what happen next is, the ice cream drop on the floor... The staff then just pass me some tissue to let me clean myself and the mess. After that, i thought the staff is going to give me another cone as their apology, since i dun even touch the ice cream yet, but no, i was paying for a dropped ice cream which i think it's not even my careless to drop it... Felt a bit disappointed with the service...

โ โ โ โ โ Premium parfait isnโt as advertised. The Lindt chocolate block has been replaced with Andes which is half the size, and the โwaferโ is a Tiger cookie or similar. I paid RM16 for the sort of quality Iโd get at some schoolโs Hari Kantin. Iโll just go to Family Mart next time, they have more seating too. (Did I mention that the marshmallows were hard?)

โ โ โ โ โ Their Hojicha ice cream was like a secret gem hidden among all the other ice cream shops at Sunway! The ice cream wasn't too sweet with a strong aromatic flavour and a smooth texture. Best of all, the price was low and the ice cream came with a multi grain biscuit!

โ โ โ โ โ This place is manager by 2 very courteous, friendly and attentive gentlemen. Both are very knowledgeable in the art of tea. Should you have a need to find a suitable present or corporate gifts, be sure to check with them for appropriate gift sets.
However, if you are a newbie in the art of tea, don't worry. They do have a tea tasting session to figure out what's suitable to your body and taste that tickle your taste buds.

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing matcha ice cream. Used to be good but standards were not maintained at all. Youโre better off w Family Martโs matcha green tea ice cream for less than RM3 vs paying for this nonsense for RM4.60. Worse yet - itโs coupled with a horrendous customer service by the person running the place (specked tan guy w receding hair). Plain rude. This will be my last visit.
Food taste - 3/10
Customer service - 0/10
Not worth the visit.
