★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haikal and Amirul were absolutely delightful, attentive, personable and gave demonstrations of certain sets that we were interested in. We got a couple of small items, but I’ll be back for some Christmas presents for sure. Although I wasn’t sure about getting Lego as presents to begin with, after getting some explanations and demos from them, I will be getting a few sets for Christmas presents this year. Great job gentlemen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting One U Lego store and I had a pleasant time. The store is very tidy, clean and well organised.
The customer service here is amazing, very friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and polite.
Specifically wanted to say thank you to this sweet young man Haikal for being very attentive and assisting me to get the right sets of Lego as birthday present for a 2 years old boy and 6 years old girl, he even take the initiative to wrapping up for me.
To everyone .. who's lego fan or looking for birthday present, Christmas present .. do drop by at ONE U Lego store .. you wouldn't regret it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Lego fans. Always visited the shop every week. Found the best outlet is 1U. Many reasons.
1. The employees are always at tip top conditions even busy and crowded.
2. Best employee for me is Amir. He made me feel like VIP when i was there. Even sometime i didnt buy something or just bought a small set only.
3. I am very particular buyer. Box condition has to be perfect. So i always trouble him to get for me the best box.
4. Moreover, he always give the best services to me/customers. Such as introduce/recommend some new sets, comparing 1 set with another, search for me stock availability via system and store room, always has right attitude, cheerful, helpful, etc..........
5. Amir even call me up to update me the new sets release, price and on going promotions such as free gift with purchased.
6. This 1U Lego outlet is comfortable, cosy and neat atmosphere. I enjoy shopping here. Feel like VIP even i am not.
7. There are still plenty to comment here but i am lazy to continue typing. Sorry.
