β β β β β I fully understand that the good of ordering system via mobile phone. Pizza hut is like others f&b company practising the same. But when something happens like what I experienced. The signal of my data line is really bad. And the menu is basically unable to load up. When I asked for help. A staff hand me a menu which I think I can order the food manually. But after that when I ready to order. No one is response to me, even I talked to a staff walk by my table. I wasted about 20 minutes there, then give up and decided to walk out from the restaurant. Really bad experience... I will never go to Pizza hut anymore....

β β β β β The pizzas are OK, not bad but they don't stand out. A friend commented that the dough took a bit of chewing! The entire restaurant needed a boost as well, it's kind of "half alive." Don't get me wrong, the staff are polite and helpful -- it's just that the whole collective energy of the place is a bit low.

I went to pizza hut outlet at One Utama on 8/6/2022 @ 8.45pm and I ask one of your staff to dine in. One of the malay staff said can dine in with waiting time around 30min. And suddenly another Malay girl staff with arrogant style inform me cannot dine and only serve take away. Please reeducate your staff to become manners! Itβs just a common sense. THANK YOU!

β β β β β Probably the worst experience at a Pizza Hut. Everything we ordered took forever to arrive (including the one glass of Pepsi). We were only informed that garlic bread was not available after like 20 minutes we ordered. And then the worst part was they don't even provide tomato sauce/ketchup and it sounded like they never ever did. Never coming to this branch again.

β β β β β I am quite disappointed with this restaurant. First the waitress don't bother when I walked into it. Then the web site for food ordering is very unfriendly, I took some time to order. After that I waited 25 minutes for my pizza. Now I know why there are so little people dining here even though is lunch time. First and last time I am here.

β β β β β Being patient in 45-1hours waiting for pizza and chicken wing until both of the food taste cold..but if u patient enought by waiting for it, u can eat here.. For those who are not patient, not recommend this store ΚβΏΚ

β β β β β The most worst Pizza Hut I've ever been! The service here is really bad. Knowing that they we're lack of staff they still didn't even have the courtesy to feel bad for having their customers waitting for so long to be seated, to take orders and 40 mins for the food is unacceptable! And when I reach out to get the chilli sauce myself the staff Nazril even said thank you for helping yourself WHAT THE DUCK? Totally have no basic service skills at all.
