Fish portion is too little and it tastes fishy. So itโ€™s not fresh. Definitely not worth it considering itโ€™s a seafood place but itโ€™s not fresh

By the time the nelayan brought his catch from Sekinchan, most of the catch already escaped, but customers were still charged the same price. Conclusion: the food here is good but not value for?

Decided to try for the first time and definitely will be the last time to eat here. Firstly, the food served doesn't meet up the expectations and standards. It doesn't make the customer go "yum!" that they'll remember. Taste pretty plain like lacking the flavours in the food. Secondly, the customer service isn't great either. Was barely began to eat and wanting to get the condiments on the table but the serving lady took it away (all condiments and utensils) to give it to a customer that just walked in and sat down. Didn't even ask me if I'd want the condiments or need the utensils. So nope. Better off go elsewhere to eat as it was both disappointing in the food served and being served by the staff there.

A restaurant that serve with fresh seafood noddles in 1U shopping mall. Crowded with may locals and taste just like the Sekinchan fishing village.

Fresh mackerel and seafood soup, lightly flavoured with a dash of garlic, salted veg and seaweed. Best enjoyed in its original form for its freshness and balance, indeed comforting as some will call it. Vinegar-based watery garlic chilli is available on the table, probably a convenient logistical handover from its โ€œparentโ€ Teochew restaurant about 10 meters away, clearly intended to be paired with their famous Teochew braised duck. Personally, I would not add any chilli to the seafood soup to savor its natural flavour. The Ngor Hiang was above expectation, crispy outside and soft inside, served with a sweet plum sauce dip. Finally, the cuttlefish kang kong was definitely good. Cooked with the right timing, the vegetables had a good texture, the dish was served with a sambal chilli paste, topped with a fresh lime. All in M$61 for 2 persons without drinks, as we moved along hunting for dessert....

I'm a tourist so can't compare with local hotspots, but this was one of the better foods I've had this trip after eating too much oil and black soysauce. The fish soup is fresh, light and delicious.
