★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be extremely careful of this seller. Charged a super expensive fee for computer repairs but only changed the hard disk (which can be bought and done yourself at home at far less the price). Make sure to ask properly what you will be getting before engaging for service. Poor salesman with no commitment to customer service, subsequently asked us to contact the direct manufacturer for repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest! My wife brought my old printer to be repaired. They repaired it. But because my wife was looking for another item in another shop (of which Wawasan also sells), they got angry and damaged my printer and said it wasn't working. They broke the contacts for the ink cartridge and now it won't function. On top of that, the asking price for repair is also more expensive than other shop. Ink holder contacts like this won't break from normal usage. What a scam. Don't trust this shop!
