2 issues i face
1. before i buy, confirmed with the sales person is 2 years warranty, but when reach my hand it was only 1 year warranty, check with the sales person and he promised will renew/update the warranty for me, until today, no sound and the warranty still 1 year
2.the invoice provided not detail -> Lenovo warranty unable to claim
i requested to revise the invoice @22/6/2021 as per request by Lenovo, else they not recognize this
until today @27/7/2021 the sales person ignoring me, 5 emails send to the sales person, 1 call directly made to the digital mall, nobody attending to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.lost my hardcopy receipt.asked their help to whatsapp me the softcopy for warranty purposes.they couldnt care less.not to mention installment higher than other retailers in digital mall.wont buy anything from there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with them for more than 5 years. Their service is better than other digital shop that I've seen. Eventhough you are having problem in your pc trouble shooting, they can help you doing it on the spot.You don't have to bring your laptop until & unless your hardisk are having problem then you have to bring to the shop. Continue your good service.
