If you want to get customer data by offering reward program, please make sure the system is working well and seamless. it took me some time to register an account , the internet line is bad, after fill in a long form, i clicked Register and it didnt load properly , and i need to register again. Then it shows my email is registered and i need to click verification email. but my inbox didnt receive any email from levis for verification even though i already checked promotion and junk email. Then the sales assistant need to get my phone number to receive a tac code in order to redeem the offer. the entire process is just tedious, counter is super slow even though there is only one customer infront. he seems stuck at the account registration too. almost fed up and give up paying
