★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally not confortable at all. Bought a pair 5 yrs back, similar experience. Regretted!!! *Not recommended* If you gonna invest a pair of shoes, importantly must be confortable, the looks will not be easy for your feet. Try not to be an impulsive buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my mum and was serviced by a courteous, cheerful and attentive salesperson, Firdaus. Even when upselling he was subtle and not pushy, which resulted in us purchasing extra items anyway at the recommended matching and value. Gives a great impression of the store staff.
Even if you're not already an existing customer of Coach, they don't make you feel poorly nor judge you for not buying. Firdaus exemplifies what all luxury retail staff should aspire to! Kudos to Coach for training your people this well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are ok. However, please check your goods before present it to your customers. Bought a wallet and a bag but when it present to me for checking. There are some stains and glue residues. When ask to change others, the attendance just go back and do some cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve waited approx 20min when the store capacity is less 15 pax, the store only had less than 8 customer ! What a jokes, just because I am wearing short and t-shirt !
And the staff had jokes to tell me “waited for so long just have a look” well my reply is “is because I waited for so long that’s why I had a look”
Completely spoil my shopping mood !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went inside to the premis and would like to buy a sling bag but i was on the phone call. The staff Interupted me saying that SHE want to assist me i said wait i was on phone call. It seems like the staff dont want me to be inside while im on the phone. I saw there is no customer inside and coach can review the CCTV inside. I understand if they are busy. The staff inside think that customer is bother them inside. LOL
