★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before visit, the quotation for braces is started from RM5k+, but after visit then quote to RM9k+ for middle difficulty. Charge RM30 for bracers consultation, but the overall consultation only 5 min, and is all about how much cost for whole treatment. Feel not really concern about patient but only concern on earn money from patients. Not recommend to wasted money for braces consultation if looking for budget option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just at Yap Dental Clinic, and had an amazingly good experience. I am usually very anxious about dentists, but the Doctor that attended to me, Dr Lew Xiao Fooi, was really great. She has a calm and friendly manner, and puts you at ease right away.
I made an appoint for 3pm, arrived at 3:05, and literally only had to wait 2 minutes before being called back. She immediately checked out my mouth, told me I had a cavity, did an xray, and then proceeded to give me a filling. I was in and out in 40 minutes.
Her technique with numbing my gum before injecting was perfect. I can honestly say this was one of the first pain free visits and procedures I have have ever had.
The cost was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 50% of SG cost after I applied the current FX of SGD $1 to MYR $3. Job done is good, plus their after job service is good too (up to 1 month guarantee).
The first time that I went is without appointment and they managed to squeeze me at last minute when last client cancelled... as I had many tooth fillings that need to be done, I had a problem with one of the tooth in less than 2 weeks and called them to fixed another appointment to re-do the job.
They agreed and re-do for me free, except that I have to pay MYR $40 for the extra polishing/ cleaning before dentist can starts to do new fillings again which to me is fair.
I also have a (upper row) mouth guard done for ONLY MYR$250. :-)
** To be fair to them, it was a major tooth filling, thus can understand that may have problems since I did not gives them enough time for my slots as place were closing during my first visit.

One bad point about this clinic is that they may have good dentists but VERY LOUSY receptionists as complaints by others!!! SUCKS for all my four contacts with them!!!
Have to say bye, bye to an otherwise good clinic as hard for me to goes Bukit Indah specially to fix appointments, then goes another time again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extraction yesterday. Dental surgeon and nursing staff are first class, so as the environment and equipment. The operation services are very assuring and detailed. Thank you Dr Lee. The receptionists are unnecessary over-bearing and somewhat position showed off, failing to recognise the fact that without patients, there is no reception!! Still, will go back again if needed, and the dental fee is reasonably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic runs efficiently, they call you the day before to remind you of your dental appointment, we're always seen on time, and yet they are flexible enough for occasional change of appointment. Dr Yap is very genuine, patient, kind and professional, I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you just walk in this clinic without knowing any doctor, pls walk away immediately if they arrange Dr. Law for you.
After cleaning and 2 fillling from him (which took almost 2 hours compare my experienced doctor (only half an hour) at further place), i experienced more pain at other sides of teeth.

She's very professional, and even though she's already very good with her work she still takes up courses to further improve her skills. She's very considerate and thoughtful, and gives very good advice.
