The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.
I had to do root canal therapy and Dr.chow did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I have received Whatsapp messages from a dentist to enquire if I have any pain or problems after a treatment. My family and I had gone through many other more serious treatments and operations but never once had we received any caring messages from any doctors, dentists and specialists! Congrats to Primecare Dental clinics.
This is also the first time my teeth are so clean after scaling. Thanks to Dr April. Mind you I have gone through many scalings in my life time.
I also find the dental assistant, Miss Pavi to be the best I have ever encountered. Thanks to her care and attention, it is the first time I didn’t feel like choking while being treated.
The assessment was professional and honest, and the charges are fair and reasonable.
I am so glad to have your clinics in my neighbourhood. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had an unbearable toothache for almost 2 weeks time and with Dr.Koay's best treatment, he was completely fine the next minute. Honestly, she is such an amazing and GREAT dentist I have met in life. Her good care on the patient is extraordinary. One of the only places in Johor Bahru that is seriously highly recommended and takes a very good care of your teeth. Millions of thanks to you Dr.Koay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to say that the staff here were very welcoming , Dr Koay did a great job being thorough and also gentle while cleaning my teeth. I experienced no pain or discomfort during my scaling treatment.
Moreover, I find that they answer any questions honestly and have some of the best service I’ve seen for any medical practice.
I also went in for a consultation to see if I needed my braces fixed, and she had this cool tech that simulated how my teeth would move in the future. Thankfully, it seemed like my teeth were fine, and she even stated that nothing more was needed. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any honest opinions, or if I needed to get any work or cleaning done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a wonderful experience with the staff here! They were easy to reach via WhatsApp, be it to make appointments or for general inquiries. The clinic was really cozy and well furnished. The staff were attentive to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Dr Chow was very professional and explained every step of the procedure. I was done in no time and didn't experience any discomfort throughout my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to get perfect treatment at a very reasonable price. All staffs including doctors and nurses are very kind and friendly, so i could be treated so comfortably. The environment is also clean and nice.
I've been to many dentists in my country and here Malaysia but it was the best hospital ever.

Short story:
1) They are both patience in inquiring and answering all my questions
2) They always provide choices and alternative treatments to my problem, and they're skillful in their respective field.
3) The clinic environment is comfortable too.
Long story:
I visited Light Dental last year with a chronic cavity problem, treated by Dr. Koay. She explained with good patience that the cavity is deep inside to the nerve already, I can only extract it or doing root canal, doing filling will merely prolong the inevitable. I chose filling ?
Indeed, I merely prolonged it for less than a year before feeling painful again, enough to be sleepless. Therefore, I visited the clinic again, this time by Dr. Chow and he, with 45 minutes of patience Q&A, told me the same thing except that I have to extract it or undergo root canal, as further filling is useless. I choose to extract it and finally it is solved once and for all. Luckily it is my innermost molar tooth extracted, therefore I have the minimum inconvenience to my mouth.
Dr. Chow is indeed skillful in extracting tooth, it was almost a painless experience except, of course, during the injection of the anesthetic. I didn't even realized that it was already done until he told me so ?. I do wish though, that the anesthetic can last longer because it wore out before I can consume the painkillers. Dr. Chow is also kind enough to offer some discount for the total bill.
Finally, I would like to appreciate that the reception staff and nurses were all polite and soft-spoken.
