★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old school heritage of JB is now opened at Eko Botani serving the classic Malaysian Favourites like Hainanese Chicken Chop, Kaya Butter Toast , kopi, and half boiled eggs. Efficiently run, very clean but seating is limited , during weekends you need to come early or you might have to end up queueing for a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow food is good. You have the original in JB Town center. You can find varieties of local cuisines such as mutton soup, hainanese chicken, mee Soto, fried rice etc. We were there for dinner and practically crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite crowded during breakfast timing. So need some patient to get seated. Windy and adequate space. Overall the food serve are ok, potion seem bigger than hua mui in JB town however taste have room to improvement. The staff is very observant, quick respond to our need. In addition when we left something on the table the staff notice and return to us while we just left the place few step away. Appreciate that

Lots of choices to choose from and airy environment.
Service is good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hainanese fare in a well decorated and clean environment. The Chicken Chop had a butter-rich fragrant sauce, and was crispily fried. Fried rice had wok hey taste. Drinks were quite tasty too. Slightly on expensive side but definitely still reasonable. Staff was polite.
