Even though I scheduled for an ear cleaning appointment (with audiologist Ameera), my ear condition was found to be unsuitable for their cleaning procedure and I was given professional opinions on how to proceed without charge. Definitely appreciative of the service provided.

Ms Joyce helped to check whether my ear wax is causing any hearing problem and she also did hearing test to check whether I have any hearing loss. She is very professional and explained very well which helped to dissipate any concerns I had. Very good service from the staff, totally recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service provided!! First of all, easy to find and especially parking is not an issue. Secondly, overall environment is good and appointment made without long queue needed. The hearing test is fast and result explanation is cleared. Advise given clearly and hearing test is free!!! Deeply appreciate for the overall service and really strongly recommended. If you think you need a hearing test, this is a great store to recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a blockage on my left ear. Every ENT clinic is close cause it’s Wesak day. Thankfully Listening Lab was open. Went to The Curve outlet, the audiologist, Joyce was helpful and helped me understand the whole process as it was my first time having my earwax flushed out. The price was reasonable - one session (flushed out both ear). The environment was really comfortable and clean. The process was smooth and i really enjoy my session. Thank you so much. Really recommended??????

I'd want to express my gratitude to Joyce Wong, an audiologist, for her patient explanations to all of my queries.
Thank you also for enabling my mother-in-law to try out the hearing aid for a week before we decided to buy it.
Because there are so many hearing aids with so many variables, it was difficult to choose one for the budget I had.
The most important thing I discovered was to investigate all of the different hearing aids and ask the audiologist all of the different questions so that a final decision could be made.
Another important consideration is to ensure that you are comfortable and it must enhance your hearing with a little disruption as possible.
