★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for the custom print for the doraemon tee at 7.20pm for 2pcs.
Staff tell us to come back after 20mins to collect the t-shirt, came at 7.50pm, staff mentions that the machine have problems, so we tell the staff that we will come back at 8.30pm instead.
Came back at 8.30pm. Staff mentions that 1 pc is ready but the other one machine still have problems.
Staff tells us to collect the next day instead but sadly it will be very inconvenient for us to return as we are foreigners and on a short get away with tight itinerary.
Checked with the staff whether discounts or free gifts can be compensated for service recovery but staff could not do anything about it and ask me if i want it they will call me once the shirt is ready the next day.
But very sadly due to our itinerary and lost of confidence of the company's promise to customer i decided to ask for my money back instead.
Most of the Staff there (printing specialist) looks very inexperienced and reluctant to provide service maybe because they are not trained well.
If you are a tourist and have a lot of time you can try your luck on the custom prints. Else i suggest you can buy their ready stocked doraemon printed t-shirts!
