★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusted & fast service. The flower basket looks fresh and bigger than expected as well.
Order placed on 3.30 PM, order delivered by 7.30 PM, on the same day. They keep updating order status while in between by whatsapp & call. Bryan, the person incharge for online customer service also responded accordingly to customer inquiry. Recommended service overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst online florist I have ever come across! phones not answered and the customer service team not helpful at all! You have to be prepared to constantly check on them on the status cause they wont update you!
I am checking the delivery status for my flower stand order but the reply is always "let me check from my driver" or " my driver havent reply me". Even you mentioned your free delivery is between 9am to 5pm but do u really have to drag until 5pm to delivery my order??? super disappointed with such lousy service and I will not order from this website ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Matthew Wong, bcoz u r lucky didn't face the worse we did, they asked us to pay extra RM30 for specific time range but end up still the same, money collected but flowers still send after 3 hours from promised time range, which is for relative's shop grand opening but flowers only delivered after party finish, call no pick up, no bother, that's their service. Good luck to u if u continue to order from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had !! Never return to my calls and I added a remark saying that I wanted it to be delivered at a specific time. Okay fine they said they can’t promise to follow our remarks. And then I told deliver at night. So they ask me to pay 20 bucks for redelivery after 5pm. And I requested again to deliver abit early like 7pm. But they did not attend to any of my calls and I don’t even know the delivery status. WORST EVER FLORIST SERVICE !!!!!!! You guys don’t even deserve any star.

My birthday is today my daughter ordered
Birthday flower delivered before lunchtime.
Waited until lunchtime 1.30pm,went for lunch
back from lunch 2.30pm still no sight of flower
Flower delivered at 3 25pm waiting 3/4 day for my birthday flower to come.
It's nice to receive flower first part of the morning to mark one's special day once a year!
This episode has upset me on my birthday!
Told need to pay extra for special express delivery eventhat from review also not meet customer's expectation.
PLS bug up yr customer service on prompt courier service on delivery time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered the flower yesterday and they promised to send the flowers before 5pm but end up sending the flower at 10pm++. The worst thing was they simply send a bouquet of flower which is totally different from what I ordered and we was told by the delivery boy that “his boss ask him to simply buy a flower outside and send to us”.
We then complaint to them and they promised to exchange for us on the next day before 12pm.
The flower was not delivered as promised and I’ve been chasing them since 12pm and until 6pm, finally one of their customer service told me that the earlier shift CS did not inform them and therefore they did not arrange for the exchange. So this CS promised to arrange it immediately and will sent by 9pm.
What kind of explanation is this? This is really really unacceptable.
After that they failed again as the flower did not delivered by 9pm but reach around 10pm++.
The worst thing is they refused to reply my WhatsApp and also did not answer my call...
What kind of bloody service is this??? Pls do not use this florist as you might end up having a really bad day chasing after them.
Seriously They don’t deserve any star.....

There's still more to improve,
But for now they are literary the best florist in Kuala Lumpur.
I was out of option for delivering stand to my friends funeral.
I found their website! They cover MELAKA delivery!
I quickly order and received a phone call from them to notify me the order will be deliver tomorrow to Melaka during working hour.
I was so shock with their good service!
5 Star for sure !
