一天 5 餐的膳食，把我都养得饱饱，分量大到我一直要求减少分量 ?? 老一辈一直说的，坐月子最重要就是调和补，而刚好这里的膳食都是以较传统的菜式为主，除了午餐和晚餐分别有不同的老火汤以外（我回家过后会想念的），晚上 8 点还会来个药材炖汤（虽然说那个药材汤是 sibeh 浓），但是喜欢的是他们是根据妈妈生产过后的天数，一人一盅，所以才能真正跟到调和补的步骤。因为我个人不太喜欢粉面类，所以后期煮饭阿姨和老板娘知道后，都尽量变化一些糕点的早餐。饮料方面中心都有提供红枣茶和炒米茶，他们的红枣水都是真材实料，还可以喝到很香的红枣和党参味??
中心里环境还蛮宁静的，因为疫情关系，大家都留在各自的房间，正好可以趁机好好休息。每一间房间床头边都准备好 intercom, 需要的时候只要打去育婴房，她们都会抱宝宝过来 。房间里也备有 TV Box, 所以无聊的时候也可以看看电视。特别有印象是打扫的 Kakak, 因为每天洗完了的厕所都是抹到干干的。还自动会帮我换床单??
这里除了有医生定时过来检查宝宝以外，也有按摩师帮妈妈按摩和通乳。配套是送两次按摩，但是觉得她手势不错，所以我又另外再加了 5 次的按摩??至于洗澡抹身方面，每天都会准备药材水给我们这些妈咪。Baby 冲凉就用 organic 的产品。基本上大多数宝宝需要的东西，中心都已经包括给我们了。真的是拿几件衣服就可以入住了

It just so happens that the meals here are more traditional Mainly based on the dishes, in addition to the different old fire soups for lunch and dinner (I will miss it after I get home), there will be a medicinal stew at 8pm (although the medicinal soup is thick sibeh), but What I like is that they use one cup per person according to the number of days after the mother has given birth, so they can really follow the steps of reconciliation and supplementation. Because I personally don't like noodles, the auntie and the proprietress all try to change the breakfast of some pastries when they know about it. In terms of beverages, the center provides red date tea and fried rice tea. Their red date water is made of real materials, and you can also drink very fragrant red dates and dangshen flavor??
The environment in the center is quite peaceful. Because of the epidemic, everyone stays in their respective rooms and can take the opportunity to have a good rest. Every room has intercom at the head of the bed, and they will bring the baby to the nursery when they need it. There is also a TV Box in the room, so you can watch TV when you are bored. I was especially impressed by Kakak who was cleaning, because the toilet was wiped dry every day. Will automatically change the sheets for me??
In addition to doctors who come to check on the baby regularly, there are also masseurs to help mothers with massage and breastfeeding. The package is to send two massages, but I think her gestures are good, so I added another 5 massages?? As for bathing and wiping, I will prepare medicinal water for our moms every day. Baby showers use organic products. Basically most of the things that babies need, the center has already included us. You can move in with just a few clothes
