★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Answering phone messages. In and out of the room. Asking me if I wanted a more expensive massage while already in my chosen massage. Not really relaxing. The massage itself was just ok. The service terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best reasonably priced place for a massage when in Batu Ferringhi. The staff seem to genuinely enjoy what they do which makes a big difference. I had an hour long foot and back massage which left me feeling so relaxed. Much better than the place a few doors down that I tried before but just didn't seem that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pedicure and massage ever. The water was ice cold. The therapist even got up to check her msgs and gossip with another therapist. I had bought take out before going there and they told me to leave it outside because it was stinking and they wanted to puke. You couldn't even smell it because it was tightly sealed in 2 packets. (Also when I opened it it smelled delicious) very unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for pedicure. Nothing they did was anywhere close to pedicure.. Soaked feet in warm water. No callus removal. Removed old nail lacquer and repainted with a pasar malam quality nail polish. Badly shaped nail. Did not push cuticle up, no nothing. No massage. No mask. Paid RM65 for the nail polish that started sticking. This place is a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife attended a massage here today with our son who sat quietly in the same room watching his cartoons on the free wifi the service provided which made it easy for me and me wife to received a 1 hour massage each as he kept busy. My wife had the warm oil massage and I had oil massage for a total of 150 rm for the two of us. We goto a lot of massages and the quality of this massage was really food leaving both our bodies refreshed and feeling good. The lady that massaged my wife was a lovely lady whom made our massage even more pleasant whom had over 10 years experience in her field. I would definitely recommend this service if you are visiting the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon does not seem clean. The therapist was kind but did not seem to have professional training. There was no music or relaxing smells. People were talking outside which made it difficult to relax during my massage. I don't think I would go back.
