★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Комната небольшая, для короткого пребывания вполне подходит. Персонал очень дружелюбный и улыбчивый, но к сожалению кроме их улыбок ничего более не порадовало. Интернет отвратительный, работал с постоянными перебоями, а половину дня не работал вовсе. Несмотря на все просьбы это исправить, ничего не изменилось. Полотенца в номере были грязными, благо мы имели свои с собой. Во время уборки их не меняли, а за туалетной бумагой приходилось бегать на ресепшн. Из плюсов это близкое расположение к морю и невысокая цена, хотя за те же деньги на Пхукеты мы имели условия в разы лучше
 The room is small, for a short stay is quite suitable. The staff is very friendly and smiling, but unfortunately, apart from their smiles, nothing more pleased. The Internet is disgusting, it worked with constant interruptions, and half a day did not work at all. Despite all the requests to fix it, nothing has changed. The towels in the room were dirty, since we had our own with us. During cleaning, they were not changed, and for toilet paper had to run at the reception. One of the advantages is the proximity to the sea and the low price, although for the same money we had better conditions for Phuket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you reach destination ,on first sight i saw a old building,but after i go inside room they was quite suprise me,room was quite big and clean ,especially bath.room ,staff was very nice and the room was very comfort,strongly recomend for solo or couple,nearby got mcd,kfc,7-11 malay restaurent,mamak shop,petrol station,they also provided family suite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect roomies. Even the Eden parade little bit creepy but once you enter the room,worth your money. Located at 2nd floor of Eden parade. Spacious room, clean, water pressure is good, staff also very helpful. Nearby to batu Feringghi night market and a lot of place to go eat. Overall is perfect

But the hotel is actually called Roomies Suites, it is impossible to locate the hotel if you type Zen Rooms Eden Parade in your GPS system. Please take note of that. By the way, my had a pleasure staying at there.
