Promise to deliver on the day but no update , till you asked also. Overall quite disappointed on the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for black and white normal A4 paper document printing at RM1/piece. For sure no customer will return 2nd time. In the same region other print shop charged 20 cent per piece. I don't think your business will sustain for long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the passport pictures weren't very satisfying. There was no flash and the cameraman stood so close to me by putting the camera too close to my face. I was so uncomfortable and my pictures didn't come out great cuz I had to smile awkwardly. The lighting and contrast of the pics were also poor. Pls improve your services.
