Manager please provide proper customer service training to the staffs or atleast plant some common sense in their heads. They weren't friendly at all; we paid first but they served other customers first. Baik tutup kedai je with the unreasonable price but quality just meh ok

I’ve bought a bouquet from Lynn Florist, and i come just now to repeat order, but I’m super disappointed with their staff attitude. Rude! Pls fix this problem! Its a strategic place for you to open yr business unfortunately your two staff spoil it. Rude as f.

We bought a flower box from Lynn florist for mother's day and apparently the flower box is only filled up with only 60 percent of flower, and the leaves have lots of white stains (maybe is mold or dust), some with holes on the leaf, some flowers and leaves just curled up. We didn't expect a very fresh flower bouquet at this mco periods, but at least generally looks good, after all it is for special occasions. Technically the shop is not wrong for selling us a flower box with not fully filled flowers, as the website also didn't show a rear view of the flower box. Just need to manage expectation when receive the flower.The seller did apologized after we gave the feedback, overall is still good customer service and we hope the quality will improve in future.

been here last week to buy custom bouquet for my sister's graduation. Bouquet done very well. For decoration, the staff did a nice job there. Recommended ???.

I will never recommend anyone to go to this shop. The staff is so unfriendly and rude. I was searching for a flower but the staff’s attitude really turned me off. They definitely would not stay long in business.
