This Airline have so much Problem and have frequent reschedule flight fron their airline without our consent. The customer support call also not available anymore. They don't support refund and reschedule 100% better to pick another airline.

Very poor customer service and I will never use them again. Also I have a business class ticket and this is the poor service I get.
Don't waste your money on this airlines...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use them! Extremely HORRIBLE customer service, can’t even describe with words. You could tell they are clearly not even trying to help you out with any issues and just brush you off. I would have rated 0 star if there is an option, not worth the 1 star at all! Please get more staff at your ticketing centre. Customers are waiting for more than an hour to be served, who is paying for the loss when you guys messed up the flight? Can’t believe I had to wait for an hour to get MAS own mess sorted. Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's shameful, you changed my ticket several times, I had to return to Bangkok on April 12, you changed for April 11 and a few hours later for a return on April 14, you are incredible Malaysia Airlines, you are champions, who will pay for my hotel nights, who will pay for the modification of my other Bkk to Samui ticket which was scheduled for April 12, I ask you to cancel and refund my ticket plane, I don't want to travel with Malaysia Airlines anymore, you are the shame of the worst airlines I have known. I advise you never to travel with Malaysia Airlines. Very bad and incompetent Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm strongly suggest everyone don't use Malaysia Airlines as their service is so terrible.
After I purchase the ticket via their official website, they didn't even send an confirmation email which include the payment and schedule to me.
When I call their hotline for assistance, they took very long time and even require more than 1 hour to reach an genuine agent, and their agent keep checking and let me wait till a long time, the hotline automatically declined and I didn't settle my issue till the end call.
I cannot make the refund too after they cancel my flight, so please!! Don't use this airline! Feel free to enjoy the regretful~
Malaysia Airlines is the worst airline I've experienced, it really disappointed me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!!! Malaysia Airlines has a practice of changing your flights, including to different days and will not let you cancel with refund. Holding you to the terms of the ticket, even though you didn't make the change. Do note, this isn't just a different flight the same day, they can be putting you on a flight on a different day. They simply do not care. Operational reasons can be fine in exceptional circumstances, but to destroy your customers holiday or trip in the process without refunding is inexcusable.
I will not fly Malaysian again, strongly suggest you avoid also. Even the discount airlines don't do what Malaysian Airlines is doing.
This is not just us, check the other reviews. You have been warned it seems to be their new operating model. Disgusting,
