★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my pants for dry clean and collected it only to find it destroyed. It had obvious iron mark burns around the belt loops and on the seams. The waistband was also crumpled at the same time, as if it was cold washed rather than dry cleaned.
I tried Mama Jo because it was conveniently located to me, but this will be the first and last time I will be using this place. Would rather go out of my way to my usual dry cleaner place in TTDI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular Mama Jo customer at Tropicana Gardens Mall. For me, their service is really premier and their prices a very fair for that kind of standard. Initially, I started sending my clothes for washing and dry cleaning. Later on, I learnt that they are also professional leather care experts. So far, I've sent two bags, one for their bag SPA and another to change colour.
To my amazement, they did a fantastic job, far better than the previous place I used to go to. (check out their Instagram and Facebook, you will know what I mean).Very honest and upfront, if can't be done they will say so. Now, everthing from my bags, shoes, wallets and even curtains and house carpets I sent to Mama Jo. Highly recommended, credit must be given where it's due and these people deserve it for their genuine customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and worse customer service. 3 items just for ironing took 8 days to be returned. The service is supposed to be complete in 3-5 days. Called up to see where the items are and was told they would return my call next day - but they did not!! I had to call again 3 days later. The woman on the call was just not bothered about the poor service being offered. She said there is backlog since CNY. But why was I not told this when I brought the items to the store?? Awful treatment of customer!!! If you want your clothes back on time then do not go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally satisfied with the cleaning service provided by MamaJo. I had my wedding suit and a traditional attire dry cleaned here and I'm totally satisfied with the job done. Their staff are honest too. They found cash in my coat pocket and were quick to inform me and return it. Will definitely use their services again in the future!

My entire bag was covered with mould and a number of cleaning shops told me that the condition was so bad that i require a few other treatments to restore it which amount to Rm400,I went over to MaMa jo and after a quick professional assessment, i was told that everything can be done within Rm80 and I collected my bag today and its as good as new for one fifth of the price others quoted,Thank you mama jo ,continue with the good work,ps they also repaired the zips for me ,thanks again
