Parking space large, access to the beach.
Have a kakanda restaurant beside hotel. Recommended to try.

Beach can easily access just at the back..nice beach cafe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As at 7th June 2022. Booked through Agoda, King Bedroom No Breakfast Room Number 708.
The Hotel Policy asked for RM100 Cash Deposit for the booked room upon check-in but it's refundable. View for King Room is nature view. But still can see the Sea view from the side, which is comforting.
The Pantai Beserah is accessible through the back of the hotel. Very Clean, and so satisfying.
Room - Towels, Bed sheets, Pillow Cases are new & clean. Plenty of plug points in the room.
Coffee, Tea, Kettle, Prayer Mat, Laundry Bag, Toiletteries are provided too.
Toilet - Clean but the toilet's hose pipe has leakage.
Iron is designated at the corner of the corridor not in the room.
Cafe not operating after 5pm.
Info from the Front Desk, guest may ask for Family Room if you would like to have a sea-fronting view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is not properly cleaned and dust could be visible seen on the light when you are laying down. Could not get peaceful rest in the afternoon because the room service kept slamming the door and shouting across the hallway after checking in. Then we constantly hear thumping noises from upstairs and outside of the room which will sure make you want to stay away from the room during the day. Not a suitable place to work remotely and get ideas for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard king room is comfortable enough for staycation. Interior is ok not bad. Breakfast food taste is fine except for apple fruit taste a bit sour perhaps not really fresh but i like the mantou menu for the breakfast.
The elevator got two but only one is working. Lucky not many visitors in the hotel but hopefully it can be fixed asap. The beach view is very nice except for garbage along the beach. Overall it's a pleasant stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only location is good. The room so so so dirty, it as if they didn't even have a cleaner to do housekeeping for the room. The dusty is not just the uncommonly touched area, even the table itself its dusty. The linen wasn't properly cleaned. It's a nightmare.
The facilities wasn't well maintained, the front desk staff wasn't even helpful and friendly. Owner should have a look on what's happening on the ground. The surrounding is quite awful with the abandoned chalet which can be viewed from the room window.
THE REVIEWS ON AGODA AND BOOKING.COM IS NOT UPDATED AND WASN'T REAL. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a night here, i took standard king room. The room is just like as the picture they advertised. It was neat and clean. No iron and hair dryer in this room. But there is a iron point in the hallway if you needed to use it. They provided tooth brush and toiletries. The hotel is right beside the beach. I really love the vibe as it is not crowded. There is a bar besides the beach in which they sell alcoholic beverages. I noticed a restaurant not far from the hotel as you walk along the beach. Overall it is a nice stay. Recommended if you are searching places to chill at the beach but not crowded.
