★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful receptionist. Clean environment. Very near to the beach. Accessible to restaurants, there is petrol station nearby and of course keropok lekor stalls.
Please don't expect 5 star accommodation when you pay so cheap. This place is great enough for the paid price?

For Muslim ✓ sejadah and arah kiblat disediakan. Telekung bawa sendiri.
Beach✓. Pool✓
It's ✓ for RM60.00. No breakfast included. But for me it's great spending holiday here. Room no 302.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa is quite huge to cater for a maximum of 200 people. We had a family Day on 19-21 May 2019 there. Everyone (our family member) is satisfied with the place. I wish to recommend to families that have got intention or looking for a venue to cater such number to consider this place. The charges for rooms and meals are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting because we got a wedding invitation. View is great, accommodation also great. However the place is scorching hot in the afternoon. It's by the seaside but I expect calming breeze. Parking is quite limited if there's wedding. But there's RELA to control the traffic so it's manageable I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This strategic located villa has not been maintained accordingly. Sad to say, during this weekend, ONLY 10 rooms were occupied... all by my family. The huts need new roof, bathroom ceiling is leaking, outside benches need repairing and the sofa in the rest area MUST be replace.
Owner should renovate the bathroom n rearrange the room in order to attract more customers.
Otherwise.... this place is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit disappointed. I thought it was a good place since its located in strategic place. The floor is a little bit dirty and sticky as well as the bathroom. There's a pool here but i think its been a while they dont clean that up. There's a leaf everywhere and the water in a pool seems so dirty. I was expecting more when i came here but its below my expectations. The corridor also look so dirty and there's a water in it, its okay if we are wearing shoes but we have to take it off. This place also look like ideal. The door look like anytime will be destroyed by the wind. we payed for rm130 for one night but its not worth it. Better look for another place
