★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stove is not plugged in, no gas. Stove is for show only. No way to heat up food we bought for breakfast.
Coffee table damage but not replaced or repaired.
Small room with fan was hot and stuffy.
Overall, not a place I would recommend nor come back again to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was really strategic as the condo is in front of the beach. The condo also have 3 pools which is a lot for me. It doesn have any breakfast. I booked this hotel under a vacation club so the price is really affordable. It has a beachy vibe . And peaceful. Its like 4 days isnt enough for me to relax more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have a family vacation. Amenities were a plenty. The swimming pools was large. The beach however is the highlight. Clean and shallow with so many activities available - atv, jetskis, banana boat, kids train. I highly recommend for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and clean, the facilities stated by owner are all provided with good condition. It is near the beach if u want to take a stroll and enjoy the sea and only takes a short drive to the nearest city.
This is best place to stay if u are in Kuantan.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Timurbay was very comfortable! Hotel has great facilities, including several different pool types, playground and BBQ for rent. There is an onsite minimart but Hotel is located with in walking distance to various markets, street markets, food stalls, restaurants and coffee shops. Gym is excellent and can see it has been furnished by someone who knows what they are doing! Room was spacious and very comfortable with towels, TV, sofa, double and single bed, kitchenette, kettle and refrigerator. Only complaint is that the cooker was not connected, therefore no way to prepare food. Beach was crowded with holiday goes and various sporting activities for hire. However, beach was mostly clean with very little liter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay here with my friends. We were very happy to stay in this nicely decorated and homely studio.It was very clean and tidy, and looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. All amenities stated were provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall nice place to stay if u wanna go to the beach because it has washer machine. unfortunately, i thought it was a hotel? but it is not.. so, thirsty during check in,hoping there was a mineral water but nothing was prepared there. so, please bring your own mineral water or packet of nugget chicken burger so u can cook them by yourself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Very strategic location as it was just a stone's throw from convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and etc. -Different depth of pools(suitable for kids and adults) and they were clean and big.
-For the beach, it was very beautiful and clean, almost no rubbish. The people there were nice and friendly too.
-The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Microwave and fridge were provided too.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and we wish to stay here again next time.
