β β β β β Bad service. The staff told to come back after 1.5 hours only to be told again that they don't have enough staff. There is only 1 customer in the outlet when I came to visit. Is there only 1 person working here? Ridiculous.

β β β β β Went for a body scrub and massage before MCO,very lousy service,I can do better at home.when time to pay at the counter they told me the card reader is not working only pay cash,so i need to go ATM to draw cash but the ATM machine is un-available to dispense cash at that time.i went back to tell them that i cant get any cash from ATM suddenly the machine working..ppppttt!!

β β β β β I came for massage today at citta mall at 5:45pm the owner (malays Guy) told me to wait a minute. Later a couple came and asked for massage. They seem to be regulars. Then the owner told me sorry, no massage available without appointment. I had to leave. But then the couple was asked to wait. Obviously they also did not have appointment.
I can only say that this management sucks. Might as well close your business if simple thing like this also you cannot follow simple courtesy. What happen to first come first serve.

β β β β β The massage was rough. The staff was seen sleeping on the massage chairs. Staff not behaving professional at all. Massage was the worst. Even after being told to be a bit more soft the staff continued on being rough. Not coming again.
