β β β β β No customer dining or waiting when I placed my order... Service without a smile. Gave me a number to wait for food ordered to be delivered... Waited for 20 minutes nobody delivered any items nor called out my number. Walked up to the counter... My ordered item was already ready for some time already. Didn't even apologise or have any initiative to reflect a sense of remorse. If Google had the option of NO STARS, that's exactly what I would rate this branch ?
I can understand these staffs (7pm to closing time 28th January 2020 shift Marrybrown Kip Mart Melaka branch) treating me like this if their shop was packed to the brim busy and or I've been rude in placing my order. Apparently they were not at all busy and I was giving a warm & smiling face from the time I entered the shop and throughout my placing the order. The inference is that my presence is a burden AND a nuisance to their work ethics.
Please Marrybrown Malaysia... You need to have undercover customers patronising your outlets at random intervals from time to time to ensure terrible customer service like this is minimised if cannot be entirely prevented.
