โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Pada 20/4/2021 lbh kurang 11.20 am, saya beli semangkuk laksa. Tapi saya tgk staff cedok kuah je. Balik rumah mmg Rase tertipu, macam saya beli kuah,iisi sikit je. Masa kat situ saya tanya staff tu ada isi tak d,ia ckp ada.Balik rumah mmg Rase tertipu, macam saya beli kuah je. Saya dah biasa la beli d laksa. Mmg favourite saya. Takkan awal pagi ikan dah hancur?
Bad service. On 20/4/2021 around 11.20 am, I bought a bowl of laksa. But I don't have a staff spoonful of gravy. Back home, I felt deceived, like I bought gravy, fill it up a little At that time, I asked the staff if there was any content, he said there was no content. I'm used to buying laksa. Mmg my favorite. Won't the fish be destroyed early in the morning?

I baru first try nak makan dlaksa ni so memang kurang faham, i tanya staff so diorang terangkan dan layan sangat baik. Then i ade tukarยฒ order, diorang still layan je even makanan tu da buat hehe ? . I mintak isi ikan banyak kuah banyak tetap layan dengan baik. Boleh gurauยฒ lagi . I respect betul staff dlaksa yg kerja malam harini. Dlaksa very recommended to sesiapa yg belum try. Memang puas hati ?
23/4/2020 Good job staff dlaksa ? good service good attitude overall good โจ. I just tried to eat this dlaksa for the first time, so I really didn't understand, I asked the staff so they explained and treated me very well. Then I changed the order, people still serve even the food for hehe ?. I asked for a lot of fish and gravy to be served well. Can joke again. I really respect the dlaksa staff who work tonight. Dlaksa highly recommended to anyone who has not tried. Really satisfied ?

Jz now there is one aunty standing right behind me without mask.. No minimum 1meter distancing. The staff didnt do anything.
I hvnt collect my things and this mak cik squeeze thru and stand infront of me despite my food still on the counter...
Staff didnt follow SOP to ask the mak cik step back and come forward after the prev customer leave.
Hope can improve this... As this is going to be the new normal...
And we have been asked to do social distancing 6months already not something new. Tqvm

โ โ โ โ โ They serve great Penang Asam Laksa along with prawn paste to boost the flavour. It is a franchise, but their food quality is always maintained. Fish balls with Penang Asam Laksa sauce is also equally good.
