A very good and pleasant treat from the receptionist. from the start upon checking in till the day i checked out my room was tied up on a daily basis which makes me to feel more happy and satisfied to enter my room daily after work. the location is very strategic as a lot of restaurants are in nearby which is more convenience for us to go and have dinner after a hectic day .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel clean and comfy room. hotel also in a good location, it's near hospital sg. buloh easy for those who have appointment or emergency. good service from the staff, very friendly and fast. near hotels got restaurant and 24 hours store and it's convenient to guest to find food.

I am satisfied to get a good behaviour and good response from the receptionist from checking in till the day i checked out my room. Everyday I feel more happy and satisfied to enter my room daily after work specially after taking shower. the location is very strategic as a lot of restaurants and street foods are in nearby which is more convenience for us to go and take dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to book here a few times back when attending certain courses nearby but my latest booking was a nightmare compared to before. Dirty room and toilet, room smelled rotten, bedsheets fulls of hairs and stained and even smelled of other people (i doubt it was freshly cleaned or changed) and lift are not working ! I understand it was a budget hotel but why put tv,tables etc2 if you cant make someone comfortable with your dirty environment! Cant even sleep with the smelly bedsheet and blanket. Utterly disgusting. Focus on your cleanliness especially bed and bathroom. Dont make it big and extravagant with tv etc if you can't afford to keep it clean and accessible!
