β β β β β Rude staff, already paid RM5K for furniture. Late on delivery one day which I can still tolerate but after contacting the sales staff, told me to call manager myself. When I tried calling so many times nobody answered. They delivered faulty items and expect me to wait longer for the delivery. Do I have to eat standing up? Or sit on the floor? HQ is also unreachable. Would rather go to IKEA in the future.

β β β β β I would probably give zero star if I'm allow to. SSF is by far the worst furniture shop I've ever been. Terrible service especially when comes to delivery and stock management. The staff is so bad in handling the stock they told us our item cannot be found and they missed the promised delivery date without even informing us. SO SO SO SO BAD. I will definitely never purchase from them again.

β β β β β Price n affordability- cheaper than most, but not worthy to buy. Might as well purchase from online x3 times cheaper than here eventho same China Quality
Ambience- lovely but easy to get lost in
Service- some staff will follow u eventho u ask them not to. Quite uncomfortable, especially 1 chinese young lady literally tailing people from behind
Quality- poor to low quality. Some display items like tables are already spoilt, scratched but still put on display. Everything is cheap quality eventhough it looks good. Just try shaking the table a little, its so fragile. Literally everything is low quality. Not worth seeing. Just buy from online China x3 times more cheaper.

β β β β β Very helpful staff and customer support. This is also one of the few places in Malaysia that can just buy furniture with ready stock. Bought this sofa bed and transported it home. Staff were so nice to carry it to the parking. ?

β β β β β Never heard of SSF. Visited for the first time and is pleasantly surprised by the wide varieties of home improvement/decoration items available under one roof.
Good range of artificial flowers/plants/pots/stands. I like some table lamps and table designs. There are a lot if items i can't find else where.
All prices quoted are for VIP members and non members. The difference can be substantial, as much as 50%! One of those marketing gimmick.
The VIP membership costs RM99 and can be applied online. If one plan to purchase some items, it is worth paying for the membership.

β β β β β Lies and incompetence!! I wish we had read the reviews here before we visited the store and purchased furnitures there. We purchased our furnitures from this store on 26th November, before we paid for the items we asked when it would be delivered to us because we needed the furnitures urgently. We were told that delivery would take at least two weeks, which we are not agreeable to, so we decided not to buy furnitures there. Upon hearing this, the staff immediately told us that they can get the furnitures delivered on the 8th of December. Seeing as this is workable, we agreed and paid for the furnitures. On the 8th, we waited for the lorry driver, but no news was given to us. When we called, the store said that the furnitures were on the way. But alas, the delivery did not arrive that day but the day after on the 9th. When the furnitures finally arrived, two items had arrived defected. We were told to contact the store to arrange for another delivery for those defected items. When we called the store, the store manager Joey, assured us that we will receive the replacement furnitures in a week's time. When we called again a week later, we found out that Joey "was on leave", and when Joey was asked when our delivery would arrive, her answer was simply...."I dont know". Until today, we have yet to receive those replacement furnitures. If we don't receive our furnitures in the next two days, we will probably be left with no other options than to file for legal actions against them. Anyone who's currently going through the same issue, might want to join forces and help put this store out of its misery?

β β β β β Bought 6 weeks ago, nothing delivered so far. Date extended which I only came to know after calling the sales person. Customer service and HQ numbers - no one picks up even on working days and normal working hours. They keep ringing and then cut off. Very very worried and stressed. Wish I had seen the reviews here, then I would surely not have bought anything.

β β β β β We ordered few items at the end of April.
We were told the delivery date is 12 May, because of the long Raya break.
We had no choice but to accept.
And on 14 May, when we asked them in the morning, why were the items not delivered.
Reasons given: warehouse mixed up so reschedule to the following Thursday.
So I asked them, if warehouse screwed up, first, no one informed us, second, should have done immediate remedy. They said, only Thursday got delivery to subang coz 16 May is a public holiday.
So I asked, if I have to bear their mistakes. They said, this is their procedure.
Wow.
Customers to bear their mistakes. I am really disappointed and luckily my husband to sign up as their member.
This branch warehouse manager, Joey (I think) sounded really rude.
