โ โ โ โ โ To get to Maybank, park at Starling Mall ( and the probability of you getting a proper parking lot along the road facing this bank is low ) . From the entrance of Starling Mall cross over to the other side where HSBC bank is and then walk toward the end . Maybank is located just right at the corner . Plenty of working ATMs . Bank staff are working professionally too .

โ โ โ โ โ I was a bit hesitant to go here at first due to many bad reviews. However, our experience was a pleasant one, from the security guard to the end. We were greeted by a polite security guard and then a Maybank officer. We went there to resolve my husband's online Maybank account and to get advice on investment. The whole Maybank team gave clear instructions on what to do, from start to finish. One officer (I think his name was Aiman) even helped my husband to call Maybank and spoke to the Maybank officer on the phone when my husband's issue could not be resolved at the office. The lady at the front counter made sure that I would be attended by the right officer. Even though we had to take many numbers for many types of queries, the officers would take the number for us and ensure that we did have to wait long for our turn to be called. I noticed that they also ensure that they attended to every customer's needs and instructed on what to do next or where to go. Kudos to all Maybank team for your attentiveness, politeness and efficiency!

Start from 9.15am called till 10am and still no one picking the phone. Why put the contact number as your branch no one is answering the call? Please reflect your behaviour and incompetence
Once someone answer but the service and the way they serve is like one of a kind. Very rude and the way they serve and communicate with us is very bad.

โ โ โ โ โ My ATM card not working & I found that to collect a new ATM card you have to stand in the sun for 15 mins before u can get inside to take a queue number. I arrived there at about 11 am today & there was a queue that stretches outside building .. at 11am the sun faces that door & it is terribly hot. As a senior citizen this is difficult. So I gave up & went to the private banking section upstairs .. no one in office but a girl called Melissa appeared & was very helpful. She brought me downstairs n helped me get a card.

A bit crowded even before peak hours. Service was fast though. Queue number displays aren't visible in some places
Finding a car park bay can be challenging during weekdays so park in Starling is easier especially that the first hour is free

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best branch customer service experience in Malaysia from frontline to service desk. For SME, Puan Sabrinah is clear, considerate and efficient, backed by Pn.Syahirah with the on-boarding. After so many years at this branch, the staff still complete the tonnes of paperwork, increased by digitalisation, with gusto. You will have no complaints here if not borrowing, TT or calling in as the mountain of paper from their HQ is overwhelming... showing once again there is still a human face to banking at the branch, not found at the overpaid bloated politically appointed bureaucrats who run this bank today.
