โ โ โ โ โ No full banking service over the weekend. Wonder why MBB still insist customer to make appointment for certain transaction, EzyQ time slot is not flexible to suit your customer preference. Most businesses in the country is already back on business as usual.

โ โ โ โ โ I was told by the Indian lady working at the branch (I think at counter 15 or 16) at 2pm on 3 May 2022 that I wanted to have my dad collect a letter on my behalf, as I had surgery today. After taking down my dad's IC, she said it would be fine for him to do the collection as long as he brought his IC. Today (6 May) my dad showed up, but was turned away because he had no letter of authorisation (which the lady never mentioned).
I don't know whose fault it is- either the counter 15 lady failed to tell me a letter of authorisation was needed, or the bank staff today wrongly asked my dad for a letter that wasnt needed. Anyhow my dad had to waste his time and spend money on KLCC parking for nothing.

โ โ โ โ โ Changing the address (which they have input wrongly in the first place) is taking me 3 months... because the person who submitted it didn't click approve or something. Secondly don't trust the employee name Khairul, as he makes promises and doesn't do anything, even if gives you the phone number, you can't reach out. Customer service quality is sad

โ โ โ โ โ Tip top service from all staffs. All staffs very friendly, helpful and with good manners compare to other maybank branch. Many time experience dealing over counter at this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ I tried to make an appointment via maybank2u but the system said "Sorry, this appointment type is currently unavailable at this branch but walk-ins are welcomed!" Upon arrival, the Manager arrogantly said, no appointment cannot enter! such a bad services, people already took leave and they don't entertain those without appointment, and i looked inside the bank, it's empty!!! means not so busy! they're not flexible at all!

โ โ โ โ โ I must be one of the lucky ones. The services here is fast and prompt. It only takes less than 20mins and I'm done with credit card issue and a change of mailing address. I even have to take 2 different waiting numbers for those 2 tasks. Keep up the good job!!!
I was there on a Friday at around 12.05pm to 12.10pm and was out of Suria KLCC at 12.30pm. Still have 30mins to grab some lunch

โ โ โ โ โ Super slow Q. U see many staff are doing other things, chit chatting, but only one counter open to serve customer. Q build up to points of 20-30 people in front. Service level has dropped tremendously after Covid.

โ โ โ โ โ the service here was SUPER fast , pre covid. but now all the staffs except for those at the entrance, are complacent and needs a whoop so that they will work faster! i went there to get my asb money. waited for 30 minutes to be told that i should get to another bank. because they might not want to burst their asb kpi that day. shouldโve told me earlier!
