โ โ โ โ โ I purchased last week on friday with my credit card. The staff that attending the transaction is on the phone while taking my card. After I key in my pin, he said that transaction is not went through, but i had received notification (by sms) that transaction went through. Later I check my bank statement, and it shows the transaction already deducted. Then they told me not to worries as it will be reverse immediately or less than 12 hours. But now, after 48 hours the transaction is not reverse. I called my bank and the bank said that the transaction is actually goes through.
Avoid this shop, why the staff is on the phone while accepting my card is very fishy. Subsequently I see that they didn't accept other customer credit card transaction (as I was there for a while to fill up the form to reverse the transaction).
Unprofessional employee, credit card machine not working and still charge you even fail transaction.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. Selling defective water bottles (smiggle brand). Bought three water bottles and all three are with defects. One bottle they replaced with a new one, but still the vacuum cap cannot be closed when filled with water. They refused to replace the rest and couldnโt tell us how to close them even. As a customer of yours who spent quite a sum, I am so disappointed and what a waste of money. Sigh!

โ โ โ โ โ worst service from the staff. Not greeting customers walk in, not even offered any help of what customers looking for. My first time and last time visit this store. Purchased smiggle item cost more than rm300, but staff is really hard to open mouth to say simple word THANKS & COME AGAIN.
Pls improve your service. My bad experience dealing with smiggle Suria KLCC
