I've ordered 3 oreo mcflurry but it took them 20 minutes just to get them done because they were busy chatting with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dine in allowed but breakfast items still available. Minimal interaction with staff. Just order via the kiosks, pay via an electronic wallet (can also pay at counter), take the receipt and wait outside. Simple, efficient and straightforward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall okay,but sometime the workers will treat you like a fool (Showing now serving XXX which is your orders but when you reach the counter they can suddenly proceed other people's order and skip your orders directly unless you keep reminding them,and then they will start feeling angry and anger)

1. I ordered 1 nasi lemak with 1 spicy chicken and normal flavor for my mom since shes craving nasi lemak ayam from mcd. And i didnt get the sambal :( AND i cant change the type of chicken part that i want.. so all i got is small chicken wings >:(. I wanted to change to breast. But one of the worker said tht i cant change :(
BUT THEN, BEFORE THIS, BLH PLK TUKAR BAHAGIAN AYAM. But now xle. Apa ni?? We yg bayar the nasi lemak which is included with CHICKEN tapi xle tukar bahagian ayam? I meant like its still chicken kot. Bukan i nk tukar kepada beef.
2. Ice blended mocha and ofc there gonna be a whipped cream. But there no straw lol. You tell me how to drink my ice blended mocha?? need to use spoon is it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be Careful with Parking Operator here. BIG TIME SCAMMER. Charging RM10 parking without telling us that parking is under VALET service. Just take away happy meal from McDonald's for my kids parking operator force me to pay RM10 parking fee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most tables weren’t cleared by the waiters who were all walking around like not seeing it. There was flies all around our table and chairs which is dirty and isn’t cleaned and sanitised. Next is the food, the fries were over fried, not fresh and dry. The burgers are below average too. Shocked to see Mont kiara’s mcd is at such a low quality now compared to other branches. How can the same company be so totally different?
