★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to manager Dewi Nor was nice for helping me to redeem a free iced drinks on MCD apps Dining in is allowed but make sure to scan mysejahtera and before leaving must clear the table, throw your trash in the dustbin and put the number back in front. Nice place and staff here was helpful and polite .Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had better experience there. Nowadays, it is too crowded, which means slow service, especially at the mornings. Seems all workers are busy with drive-thru, while dine-in clients have to wait for a long time.
And I also noticed that air-conditioning is way too cold, it is not comfortable in these rainy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow delivery, even I have order in advance they still could late and not updated !! The estimate time is around 10:00-10:15. Until 10:24 the system still show the order is received and not updated(such as delivering) then what is the reason for the function of order in advance? I use it to get my food or order on time, but what I get ? Still Wasting time?? They not even contact me for any explanation!!! Feel disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service…not many customers dine in…eventually they focus more on drive through and take away customers . Other customers came in later…get their food first…what a lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a while since I last dined in here, but this is a closest Mcdo in our place so it is convenient to just walk here to buy food.
What I liked : location as mentioned above.
: the food as usual.
What can be improved : line can be long at the drivethrough, many customers, good for the business but I hope that they move quicker. If the line is too long, I suggest that you just park and but at the counter for take away (like what we did).

Always has issue with toys...never in stock!
Today also the same problem - bought a HM for the sake of Sonic collection, but we got this old toy. The manager said "you should come on time"... seriously?!!! Aren't you supposed to keep enough stock since you are advertising it?! Very disappointing. When I had the same problem last time I decided not to come here again, but had to for my son. Now no more. Melawati branch is MUCH MUCH better!
