★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for 25 minutes, but no one came out to take my order. 2 staff saw me waiting but still they didn't come out. Its was not crowded. I saw one of the staff sweeping and saw me . Saw her calling out to her colleagues and also saw her looking at me. Still no one came out. This is not the first time I had to wait. Another car came after me waited for a while and left. Best part is the signage for "kini ada pandu masuk" banner was displayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now a days food portion is smaller than previous time. Burger patty is so thin. I ordered the triple spicy beef burger but when I opened for eating it, i noticed i get two burgers patty but both are very thin. If i combined two patty together, will be looking like one patty. Potato price is as usual,don't have any speciality. Drinks cups also smaller than previous time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 750am. Waited for 10 minutes only to be told banana pie not available. It wasn’t busy in the first place. There were at least 3 staffs attended my order before finally a polite Malay staff attended my order. He is the only person who actually check in the kitchen before politely asked if it’s ok to change. Other staffs act like don’t know and don’t care. I understand it’s puasa month but it’s still early in the morning. Don’t think work efficiency should be affected at this hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor drive in experience. Advertising the service but not happy to serve. Took awhile to come to the car even when she saw me drive into the space while she was just standing there. Once the staff came she had a grumpy face & took the order like we owed her something. Then asked me to move my car to the other lot so that she doesn't have to walk far. Disappointing attitude.
Only positive was food came on time & well made.

No staff to clean up vacated tables?
Was there for 30minutes and no one around to clean tables ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDonald's is located in the heart of Seksyen 14, on Jalan 14/4, in a corner lot. The neighbourhood mall known as Jaya Shopping Centre is located directly across from this McDonald's.
This McDonald's is next to Pizza Hut and on the same row as BSN Bank and Public Bank. This McDonald's is within walking distance of the well-known Digital Mall. Also visible from this McDonald's outlet is PJ33 Mall, which is located right across the Seksyen 13 by crossing over the road.
All of the staff here are locals who can communicate effectively in English, so don't be concerned if your Malay isn't up to standard. The staff is friendly, and they will prepare your order as quickly as they can within their ability. No matter how busy it gets, your ordering/purchasing experience will be smooth. The staff can work quickly even under pressure, such as during peak hours or on weekends, so you won't have to wait long. Overall, the service is outstanding. The outlet is also in good condition.
This McDonald's has two levels, and I can state that it is large enough for dining during peak hours without feeling crowded because there are enough of seats. There is a designated closed door dining space on the first floor, which some people refer to as the second floor, for any type of celebration or group dining. The outlet is fully air conditioned, and there is a washroom on the first floor on the side.
The only issue with this outlet is parking, as Seksyen 14 is a bustling neighbourhood with businesses functioning, making finding a parking spot a bit difficult. If you don't want to waste time looking for parking around the Seksyen 14, you can always park inside the Jaya Shopping Centre or PJ33 if you don't mind to pay the parking fee.
I come here for the ice cream and french fries every time. This McDonald's location is also one of my husband's favourite hangout spots. I sincerely hope that this McDonald's outlet remains open for the next several decades. Kudos to the owner of this establishment and the management team.
