★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess almost all the people know this Chili's in Jaya Shopping Complex Ground Floor, the food is nice, you can get steak, western and Mexico food. Price is affordable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was atrocious. After being seated, we waited ten minutes for the menu. In the end, we retrieved the menu ourselves from the counter. After getting the menu, we hollered MULTIPLE times to a few waiters but no response. Two of these aforementioned waiters stared blankly in our direction. We understood that they had a full house but at least have the courtesy to ask your customer to wait while you do something else. It never ends. Getting cutlery was another thing. We asked three times and no one informed us that it just came out of the wash and was being dried. Again we got up and went to the counter and only then were we informed that it was being dried. One of the waitresses was also very rude to us upon us asking if we were given a receipt after payment. Food was not great. For what you're paying it is absolutely not worth it. Never coming back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From our favourite place to never go back resto again. To start with , We Had a steak for dinner and asked to cook it as medium-well, steak came bathing in blood together with the mashed potatoes and the blanched broccoli . We’ve asked one of the staffs to return it as the doneness is not how we wanted it to be. Steak came back well-done , plated in the same plate that we returned with the blood and the sides . Very Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this outlet here. Went on a weekday lunch and I've gotta say I'm impressed with the service. Food was ordered early so by the time I reached it was already getting cold and an attentive staff came over and offered to reheat the soup. The lunch crowd was not too bad and food was good. The Honey Chipotle Chicken was delicious as always. Happy with my time here.
