★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over RM2K for facial treatment to solve big pores problem. But big pores problem become worse after completed the package! Very disappointed!
However, the staffs are very friendly and did provided great services. I give 1 more star for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staffs are friendly, but many of them hard sell their products during the facial sessions, saying with your condition you need this and that. One staff even rolled her eyes after I declined purchasing the products but that was only one time la.
But I don't see much improvements afterwards and in some cases, slightly worse...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been with Medibeaute queensbay for 5years. All staffs are very welcoming, thumb up. My acne and scar problem been solved by thier cell fix facial. The reason why I like the facial so much because the extraction is less pain compare to few other facial place which I been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to do my facial due to the promotion last year somehow during Christmas. Was expecting them to hard sell their products or packages but never expect them to get this far worst. I’m a student and they knew it but yet still pressuring me to get those products or signing up their packages which was unacceptable. Even said to me to discuss with my parents about taking their packages, come on seriously. Even said to me “you’re a girl, should take care of appearance”.
The service was good, I did enjoy the staff there who serviced me for my facial. She was good but thumbs down to the staff who served me after the facial section, brought me to a private room and keep pressuring me to buy products or signing up packages. I ended up spending of RM 800++ for their products and only she let me go but still can see unsatisfaction on her face. Lol
