★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posh condo complex suitable for younger folk with few or no kids. Facilities seem really good. Saw a well-equipped gym, community hall for events or meetings, outdoor barbecue pits with kitchen sinks, swimming pool, kiddie pool and a (herb) garden. Security quite good. Nepali guards were friendly and courteous. Occupancy still sparse becoz place is fairly new, although, i've been told that most if not all units have been taken up. The roads around the place is normally deserted in 2019. I suppose it won't stay that way for long. Close to Legoland. Supermarket and Mall not too far away. Underground parking available for tenants. Lifts or elevators go right down to basement. Place is really good for expats, i think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely an awesome place to have a personal or family retreat. Serene, quiet & spacious surrounding to avoid crowded places. The adult & children pools are perfect for family to chill out before/after u head to Legoland Theme Park.
