★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor securities, dont understand malay and english, not safe at all at this quite office place. The security didnt take alerts of strangers people, even provide access card to them to enter the lift. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A surprisinhly run down office building even though it's less than a decade old and apparently lacked proper maintenance from the people running this . Carpark is dimly lit and parking fees payment counter is located at the wrong side near the front passenger seat which resulted in patrons having to disembark their vehicle just to pay the parking fee. The outer courtyard deck is badly maintained with broken and fungus ladened deck board which is not only disgusting to look at but downright dangerous for anyone to walk on them as the looked like they will give way any moment. Recommended to give this place a miss if you are looking for some office space for rental.
