★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The system are too chaotic. Needed to change your boarding pass in a mother building. The jetty itself is poorly maintained. Thanks to the corrupted administration ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 140km away from singapore, have to use old road, alot curve, uphill n downhill. Not much peoples at the jetty. Got a holiday feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever use bluewaters ferry service, the worst ever ferry during trip to go, the aircond was not working and honestly suffocating all the passengers.. when want to ask the captain about the condition during going back trip the captain was so rude not even want to answer and making angry face.. i would never ever recommend this company for anyone to use..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken this ferry dozens of time and there’s no improvement made. Timing still off, crowded with no proper ventilation. The only good thing is renovations at Mersing Harbour Centre and ticketing purchase.
In Covid times, NO SOP APPLIED AT ALL. Nobody checks the vaccination status, and all passengers were cramped for 2 hrs journey without proper ventilation. I believe the 4 people of my group got Covid from this ferry since we stayed in secluded resort.
