★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best ferry in Tioman in terms of punctuality and cleanliness, kind staff and price wise.
However they could provide ticket refunds for those unable to travel on the purchased date, or open for new date because they have a website where they auto- create an account for customers.
This refund has been practiced in most ferry/bus service providers around the world. Until Cataferry has that, they're just a step away from being World Class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ferry are punctual on time and it is like the ferry version of Aerobus. It is well air conditioned and the staffs are very professional & friendly. I was impressed that the ferry showing safety video. My family are happy with the ferry and we did not experience sea sickness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team who responded my group purchase enquiry of 10 pax via email is unfriendly. I wanted to call to find out more about land transfer from tekek to air Batang that they offered but they refused to talk over phone. They will only answer via email briefly and seems not interested to give you details when you have questions. At the end they didn’t want to accord the group purchase price that they offered earlier and asked me to do online booking instead.
It was a bad experience and they don’t even care to do anything when l made complaints.
They have ferry schedule that suits my trip otherwise l wouldn’t considered them.
