★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. My car just park infront the lobby and the windscreen has been damage by someone around 11 am. The management has done nothing and no responsebility at all. Not event say sorry to me. The cctv has been cut and they show me nothing. Please think twice before booking this hotel or better avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel's location is almost perfect for people who prefer to use public transport. Id advice to use online booking services like Agoda to get a cheaper price as walk-in prices cost way more. The rooms are maintained well. For some odd reason, breakfast was not available even tho the booking was inclusive of breakfast. Everything is walking distance away. I believe there are 4 huge malls all within 10 minutes walk from here (lowyat,times square,pavillion etc.). If you have a car, you might find it difficult to find parking. If you are looking for a place to sleep and are not willing to spend too much, this might be the place for you. Don't expect fancy service. All in all a good clean place for a weekend traveller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel located opposite of berjaya times square. Recommended for family hotel. Room very clean except toilet bowl. Access room card prblm my room informed to person incharge. Second tym same prblm 2 times go up n down. Hopefully will settle soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a family room for 4 adult but got family triple for 3 but this error came from agoda itself for confusing room option. Requested an extra bed on evening, but housekeeping forgot about it till they go home, hotel frontdesk calmed us down. The room are nice, cleaned, had window view of lalaport and times square

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience. Centrally located. Employees very co-ordinated. Dining hall is good and the chef, the manager Mr. Kalai Arasan very politely behaviour with the customers. I may visit again at the earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check -in at 2 p.m. When we enter the room, the room is dirty with leftovers from previous customers. The room was not cleaned. Call their receptionist to change a new room. There is no apology from the staff. Parking is very limited. Around 6 parking lots available on side of the hotel. Have to park at the building next door and must pay by yourself. However, hotel location is attractive but service is disappointing.
